2. This cake is delivered by hand in a high-quality cardboard box.
3. Each cake we create is handcrafted, and since every chef has their unique style of baking and decorating, there may be slight variations in design and shape.
4. The selected delivery time is an estimate and may vary based on product availability and the delivery location.
5. As cakes are perishable, we will attempt delivery of your order only once, and it cannot be redirected to another address.
6. This product is hand delivered and will not be sent alongside courier items.
7. Occasionally, we may need to substitute flavors or designs due to temporary or regional availability.
8. Candles and knives will be included based on availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition.
